Appointments, Appointments, Appointments...

Once again it is 'tis the season for scheduling your floral appointment.

Flowers accent your wedding colors and style, and the flowers you choose months before may change as your wedding planning progresses. Decisions like what colors you want to work with, bridal & bridesmaids dress styles/colors, linen style/color, seating style, estimated guest count, and what you want and can spend for flowers should at least be addressed before you meet with the florist.

Start a floral "wish list" and put everything you wish to have in your wedding from bouquets, boutonnières & corsages, to ceremony decoration and entry arrangements. This list is a starting point and will help keep your thoughts organized and determine what your budget will cover (or not cover).

Typically I meet couples about 3-5 months before their BIG DAY. My appointments with Wedgewood-Eagle Ridge clients are typically held at Eagle Ridge during weekends and scheduled for one hour (you can start to have that "glazed" look after an hour of flower talk). I can also arrange meetings during the week or in conjunction with the house baker, Debbie of "I Do" Wedding Cakes, located in Morgan Hill.
