Here is a list of handy information you should bring to any floral meeting:
- A list of florals you will or may want such as bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages.
- Picture of your wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses.
- Color swatches.
- Pictures of bouquets that inspire you - shade, color, texture, type of flower.
- Pictures of ceremony decoration like flowers on the gazebo, aisle pomanders, etc.
- Pictures of centerpieces, these should inspire your overall affect you want for your reception.
It is very helpful to know your budget and what you can spend on your wedding flowers but sometimes it is difficult to know how much to spend or what "things" cost. So I recommend coming to the initial meeting with your "wish list" and go from there…I will try to accommodate your budget.
