This not only includes the package items like the gazebo, head table and guest tables arrangements, it also includes your personal florals - bouquets, boutonnières, corsages, cake flowers, and other ceremony/reception arrangements. (Set up may apply for some non-package items; please inquire.)
Delivery timing is critical for any couple and their photographer, so be sure to keep the florist INFORMED as to when you are to start your photo shot. If you're taking photos at another venue other than Eagle Ridge, there is a $25 fee (delivery within Gilroy or Morgan Hill) or we can make other pick up arrangements.
So keep in mind:
- Delivery to Eagle Ridge is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours before the start of the ceremony (ie: 4pm delivery for a 6pm wedding).
- Delivery and set up to Eagle Ridge is included; additional set up of non-package items may apply.
- The table votives at provided and set up by the Wedgewood staff, please give them your tea lights.
- $25 fee for early or other venue delivery (Gilroy or Morgan Hill); $35-50 fee to San Jose area.
